Established in 1996 as a small family run Riding School and Livery Yard, Mayfield has built a reputation for both the excellent quality of it’s teaching and the friendly, relaxing and fun environment in which it operates.

We are fully approved by the British Horse Society and our Riding School can cater for all abilities and ages, even if you’ve never ridden a horse before. Our instructors and staff are very flexible and professional and we will always do our best to meet your requirements. Whether you just fancy a leisurely ride in the country, or your passion extends into Dressage or Show Jumping, we have the facilities to take you forward.

Situated on the border of the Kent / Surrey countryside (but conveniently within the M25), getting here is easy. Our location also has access to some fantastic bridle networks to help us provide some very enjoyable hacking experiences for both children and adults alike.

As Mayfield has evolved, we have expanded our core activities and we are proud to have hosted a range of successful events, including birthday parties, pony days, shows and team building days for both adults and children. We also offer equine related corporate activities where the primary focus is team building, unwinding and above all, having fun. In this regard, we pride ourselves on tailoring the framework to suit your needs, whilst maintaining the personal touch that is so often lost these days.

Mayfield is also a registered BHS Riding & Road Safety Centre and we regularly hold a range of BHS training courses and examinations.
